Ingredients: Veal, leeks, turnips, carrots, white mushrooms, buttermilk, unsalted butter all-purpose flour, heavy whipping cream, extra virgin olive oil, thyme, bay leaves, salt, black pepper. Net wt.: 15.8 oz (450 grams)
Reheating instructions: Store in freezer until ready to use. Do not thaw.
Stovetop: Warm 2 tablespoons of chicken or vegetable broth in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add frozen contents. Stir occasionally until warm.
Microwave: Remove lid from box. Place in microwave on medium heat for about 6-8 minutes. Remove and stir. Reheat for 1 additional minute. Reheating time may vary depending on microwave wattage.
