Product Description
Duck leg confit. Frozen and vacuum-sealed. Two legs per package.Ingredients: Duck legs, thyme, salt, white pepper. Net wt.: 12 oz (340 grams)
Reheating instructions: Store in freezer until ready to use. Do not thaw.
Oven only. Do not microwave
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove duck from package and place in glass baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy as desired. For extra flavor, add 1 tablespoon of rendered duck fat per leg.
