Cauliflower and leek gratin with ricotta cheese.(100% VEGETARIAN) Net wt: 6.2 oz (180 grams)

Ingredients:Cauliflower, leeks, ricotta cheese, 2% hormone-free milk, onion, garlic, unbleached all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, nutmeg, salt, white pepper.

Reheating instructions: Store in freezer until ready to use. Do not thaw.

Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove contents. Place in glass baking dish. Bake for about 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Microwave: Remove lid from box. Place in microwave on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. Reheating time may vary depending on microwave wattage.
