Chicken medallions cooked in a verbena and lemon sauce.� Served with a side of haricots verts, saut�ed with garlic, thyme & onions.

Ingredients: Chicken: Hormone-free chicken tenderloins, verbena, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, free range chicken broth (fat-free), salt, lemon pepper. Haricots verts: Green beans, onion, extra virgin olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt, white pepper.

Net wt.: 12 oz (340 grams)

Reheating instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw.

Stovetop: Warm 2 tablespoons of chicken broth in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Add frozen contents. Stir occasionally for about 6-7 minutes or until hot.

Microwave: Remove lid from box. Remove sauce container and empty contents on top of chicken. Place in microwave on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Reheating time may vary depending on microwave wattage
