Chicken medallions in apricot and tarragon sauce, flambéed with vodka. Served with a side of haricots verts, sautéed with garlic, thyme & onions.1 Serving
Ingredients: Chicken: Hormone-free chicken tenderloins, apricot preserve, tarragon, extra virgin olive oil, free range chicken broth (fat-free), vodka, unsalted butter, salt, white pepper. Haricots verts: Green beans, onion, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, white pepper. Net wt.: 12 oz (340 grams)
Reheating instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw.
Stovetop: Warm 2 tablespoons of chicken broth in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Add frozen contents. Stir occasionally for about 6-7 minutes or until hot.
Microwave: Remove lid from box. Remove sauce container and empty contents on top of chicken. Place in microwave on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Reheating time may vary depending on microwave wattage.
