Ingredients: Profiteroles: All-purpose flour, water, unsalted butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla ice cream. Chocolate sauce: Valrhona dark chocolate, raw brown sugar, unsalted butter and 2% milk.

Storage: Keep profiteroles in freezer until ready to serve. Do not thaw. Store chocolate sauce in refrigerator until ready to use.

Microwave directions for chocolate sauce: Remove lid from container. Pour into small, microwave-safe bowl. Place in microwave for about 30 seconds on medium heat. Place frozen profiteroles on a plate. Pour warmed chocolate sauce on top. Add whipped cream if desired.
