A traditional slow-cooked Arborio risotto with roasted basil, baby squash, sweet peppers, broccoli florettes and Parmesan cheese.1-2 Servings
Ingredients: Arborio risotto, baby squash, sweet peppers, broccoli florettes, Parmesan cheese, white wine, cheddar cheese, vegetable broth, basil, extra virgin olive oil, unsalted butter, onion, garlic, turmeric, salt, black pepper.

Reheating directions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw.
Stovetop: Warm 4 tablespoons of chicken broth in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Add frozen contents. Stir for about 5-6 minutes or until hot.
Microwave: Remove lid from box. Place in microwave on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Reheating times may vary depending on microwave wattage.
